not everybody needs a podcast. in related news, we have a podcast.
there are more than 2 million podcasts in the world. now one of them is ours to explore what and who makes clean water work.
Ten years ago, the thought of nearly 45,000 people following a tweeting sewer utility would have shocked us.
But what made our social media work in the last decade is what we amplify in our latest offering, the Clean Water Works Podcast.
The Clean Water Works Podcast is hosted by employees and colleagues Mike Uva and Donna Friedman, talking with employees who do the often-overlooked jobs of a sewer utility: sewer maintenance, map management, treatment plant operations, sludge science, discussions dive deep into the intersection of human interest and public service.
Donna Friedman is Manager of Community Watershed Coordination at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, where she has worked for almost a decade. Mike Uva has 15 years of @neorsd experience and is currently working as our Communications Production Lead.
The first and third Tuesdays of every month see a new episode drop wherever you get your podcasts, offering half-hour features with employees like Kathryn and Denario, or Josh and Josh, or special guests like Dr. Roy Larick.
